Article 2 (Collection of Personal Information)

Article 4 (Management of Personal Information)

We keep customer personal information accurate and up to date, and implement necessary security measures, maintain management systems, and ensure thorough employee education to prevent unauthorized access, loss, damage, alteration, or leakage, strictly managing personal information.

Article 5 (Disclosure of Personal Information)

  1. When requested by a customer to disclose their personal information, we will disclose it to that customer without delay. However, if disclosure falls under any of the following cases, all or part of it may not be disclosed, and in such cases, we will notify the customer without delay:

  • When there is a risk of harming the life, body, property, or other rights and interests of the customer or a third party

  • When there is a risk of significantly hindering the proper execution of our business operations

  • When it violates other laws and regulations

  1. Regardless of the preceding paragraph, in principle, information other than personal information, such as history and attribute information, will not be disclosed.

Article 6 (Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties)

If a customer requests suspension of use or deletion of personal information on the grounds that it is being handled beyond the scope of the purpose of use or was acquired improperly, we will conduct necessary investigations without delay, take appropriate action based on the results, and notify the customer. If suspension of use involves excessive costs or is difficult, alternative measures will be taken.
