Cancellation Policy

1. You can cancel your subscription anytime via [My Page]. Please proceed with the cancellation process from your account page.

2. Subscriptions must be cancelled at least 5 business days prior to the next billing date. If the cancellation is made less than 5 business days before the billing date, the shipping process may have already started, and cancellation will only be possible after the upcoming shipment is delivered.
