This is because we never prepare coffee in advance; we roast it only after receiving an order. And we meticulously hand-pick each and every bean to remove moldy ones.

I realized that all of our proprietary techniques and efforts reached our customers as a "rich aroma" the moment they opened the bag, and this was acknowledged.

Of course, coffee smells good when hot, but the "clean feeling" in 4th place and "delicious even when cold" in 10th place are all due to the freshness of the freshly roasted beans, free of impurities.
