[Coffee Journey] Delivered from Nepal

Good morning!

I'm Kamei, owner of the premium mold-free coffee shop.

I've actually left Japan and am currently in Kathmandu, the capital of Nepal, a South Asian country.

"Why go all the way overseas?"

It's not just to source coffee beans. By interacting directly with the local people and experiencing the warmth of their culture and daily lives firsthand, I want to deepen my understanding of coffee and make it more fundamental. I want to see the truth with my own eyes as much as possible, not just rely on information from the internet. With that in mind, I continue my journey.

■ The unique energy that still remains in a country with an average annual income of 400,000 yen

Nepal is said to be one of the poorest countries in Asia. When I spoke to locals, they told me the average annual income is about 400,000 to 500,000 yen.

As I walk through the city, I feel the vibrant energy that attracts mountaineers from all over the world as "the land of Everest," while also sensing the unique sense of decadence and energy of its past as a "hippie sanctuary" that once drew travelers from across the globe. It's a truly energetic place where old and new energies intertwine.

■ Surprisingly delicious coffee brought about by high altitude

The coffee farm I'm looking for is located in the mountainous region of Nepal, in a very high-altitude area.

I actually tried Nepalese coffee there, and it was surprisingly delicious.

The beans, carefully cultivated by the local people in the harsh high-altitude environment and blessed by nature, held a unique and powerful vitality and clear potential. I am convinced that just experiencing this quality with my own senses made the long journey worthwhile.

Whether in Japan or overseas, what I always pursue is "a truly clean cup that maximizes the physical and mental performance of the drinker."

The inspiration I've gained on this trip and the real atmosphere of the region will surely be utilized in future product development and communication.

バターコーヒーを12年飲んでいます。信頼できる知り合いのメーカーのコーヒーを飲んでいましたが、コーヒーの値段の高騰のため、購入をやめました。
極上カビなしコーヒーを高いけど、一度は飲んでみたいと飲みました。頭も体調、すこぶるいいです。トイレの回数も減りました。定期購入を自分へのプレゼント🎁しました。ありがとうございます。

体質じゃなかった!カビだった!

私は、これまでコーヒーを飲んだ後で起きる倦怠感と低血糖症状に悩まされていました。
何度もコーヒー断ちもしましたが、大好きなので出されると、つい飲んでしまい、また飲み始めたりを繰返し、最近は薄めにして回数や時間を調整しながらにしていました。過去には膵臓の精密検診もしましたが原因分からずで、私はコーヒーの合わない特別な体質なんだと諦めていました。ところが、カビ無しコーヒーを飲んでみると、低血糖症状出無くなり身体が軽い!ビックリです!今は普通の濃さで美味しいコーヒーを飲める幸せを味わっています♡

それからもう一つ、カビ無しコーヒーを飲み始めて、これまでコーヒーを飲んだ後に必ず起こっていたトイレに行きたいが無いのに驚きましたが、2ヶ月経った頃のこと、私は尿蛋白が検診の度に＋1か良くて±だったので、定期的に自分で試験紙を使って検診していましたが、なんと20年ぶりにマイナスになり、今もそれが続いています!ビックリです。私は看護師ですが、自分は将来的に膵臓か腎臓に関わる病気に可能性があると心配でしたので、食事には気を配ってきましたが、コーヒーを替えただけで、その両方の心配から一揆に解放された。身体の不調の原因が、まさかカビだったなんて⋯怖
カビで不調が現れる人、現れない人様々だし、現れたとしても症状は人それぞれでしょうが、健康を考えるならカビは避けるが良いでね。

柔らかい口当たり

カフェインレスはこれまで意識したことがなかったですが、飲むタイミングで寝られなくなることがあり今回購入してみました。
もっと物足りないかと思いましたが、カフェインが入っていなくてもコクがあり、満足できるお味でした。カフェインレスな分、口当たりがソフトに感じました。
これで夜中にコーヒーが飲みたくなっても安心です。
