Tools: Dripper, paper filter, scale (essential), timer, thermometer
【Preparation before brewing】

Set a thermometer in boiling water and wait until it reaches **89℃**.

Fold the paper filter and set it in the dripper.

Wet the entire paper with a small amount of hot water, then immediately discard the water. *This is an important step to remove the paper odor and warm the dripper.

Put the beans into the dripper and gently shake to flatten the surface.
