Recently, when we conducted a survey asking, "Are you interested in decaffeinated coffee?", we received an overwhelmingly positive response with messages and replies far exceeding our expectations!

To everyone who took the time out of their busy schedules to respond, thank you very much.

In fact, recently, we've received an increasing number of requests at the shop like, "I want to drink coffee at night without worry," or "I want clean decaf to accompany my work in the evening." I am once again reminded of how wisely everyone is making choices to suit their own health conditions.

That's precisely why, if we're going to do it, we won't compromise at all.

We will eliminate all anxieties and concerns, such as "it tastes weak" or "are chemicals being used?" that are common with commercially available decaf, and if we do it, we will uphold "absolute cleanliness."

What we aim for is this "supreme decaffeinated coffee."

■ Our three uncompromising promises

1. "Water Process Method" with no chemicals whatsoever: We will thoroughly implement a safe method that uses only pure water to remove 99.9% of caffeine, without using any chemical substances (organic solvents) during the caffeine extraction process.

2. "Double Shutout" of mold toxins and pesticide residues: Even with decaf, "mold toxin testing" and "elimination of pesticide risk" are absolute requirements, forming the core of our brand. We will thoroughly manage quality throughout all processes, before and after removing caffeine with water, to maintain purity that does not burden the stomach, intestines, or brain.

3. "High Performance" that regulates brain and gut: Recent scientific research has shown that high-quality decaf retains components that improve memory, enhance sleep quality, and boost motivation for exercise (such as cafestol, which activates the command center that protects cells). We aim to achieve both deep richness and abundant aroma, making it a coffee that you "actively choose to drink to regulate your body and brain's condition," rather than just "drinking it because it has no caffeine."
