Today, I'd like to tell you the origin story of why I started this brand and why I'm so passionate about spreading "mold-free coffee" to the world.

Actually, I was previously interviewed by the news site "Nikkan SPA!" about my career and my passion for this coffee business. Taking this opportunity, and having received media coverage, I would like to tell you the story behind this endeavor again, in my own words.

From a coffee hater to a coffee shop owner

My family has always been involved in the coffee industry, so I grew up in an environment where coffee was familiar to me from a young age. However, I personally was not very fond of coffee, even as an adult.

While coffee is often said to "increase work efficiency" and be "good for health," when I drank it, I would invariably experience an unpleasant, gnawing pain in my stomach or a heavy feeling in my head, and it just didn't agree with my body. I had almost given up, thinking that "my body is simply not suited for coffee."

The turning point came when I encountered advanced health methods and biohacking knowledge from overseas.

What was discussed there was the shocking truth that "it's not coffee itself that is bad, but invisible impurities and mold toxins that adhere to the beans during the distribution process that cause noise and discomfort in the human body."

Experiencing a "world without noise" firsthand

Though skeptical, I decided to find truly clean coffee that completely eliminated mold toxins and impurities, and try it myself.

However, just like I used to, there must be quite a few people who "drink coffee even though it gives them a stomachache, forcing themselves to drink it to get motivated" or "dislike the bitterness of cold coffee but have resigned themselves to it."

In today's mass production market, which prioritizes price and efficiency, there is an unavoidable proliferation of beans with inadequate moisture control and a risk of mold, as well as beans containing chemicals such as post-harvest pesticides.

That's why I took it upon myself to become a hub and create a system to distribute impeccably clean coffee in Japan, adhering to: ・Organic beans with transparent production backgrounds that do not rely on chemical pesticides ・Distribution in special barrier bags that completely block out condensation and moisture during ocean transport ・Thorough mold toxin testing of all batches by a strict third-party organization.

I don't want to spread this coffee simply because I want to sell a "delicious drink." I want to offer a "truly clean option" that doesn't cause unnecessary inflammation or noise in the body, to hardworking business people and those who refuse to compromise on their health.
