It's hard to believe, but it's been 10 years since I started Gokujo Kabi-nashi Coffee.

My perception of coffee completely changed when I came across the book
"The Bulletproof Diet: Lose up to a Pound a Day, Reclaim Your Energy and Focus, and Upgrade Your Life."

Learning about Bulletproof Coffee (butter coffee) recommended in the book, I strongly felt the desire to deliver mold-free coffee to the world.

Originally, both of my parents were involved in the coffee business, so coffee was a very familiar presence to me since childhood.

That's why I was convinced that by delivering mold-free coffee, I could bring joy to many people.

That conviction was the impetus for me to start selling it.

I initially started on Amazon.

From there, I expanded to Rakuten Ichiba, and after launching my own website in 2024, I began to receive more feedback from a wider audience.

It was around this time that I started getting frequent questions like,
"What is mold-free coffee?"
"Does coffee grow mold?"

Even after 10 years, I'm delighted that so many people continue to show interest.

Going forward, I intend to further spread this value to the world.

Recently, I've had more opportunities to hear from people with acquaintances abroad who say, "It should be well-received overseas," and I've started considering global expansion.

While I don't yet have connections abroad myself,

I want to continue striving to deliver this to people not only in Japan but all over the world.
