We held a tasting event at the Ginza salon.

Thank you for your continued support.
This is Kamei from Gokujo Kabi Nashi Coffee.

The other day, we held a tasting event for mold-free coffee at
the health salon "Salon de 365" in Ginza.

Since we mainly operate through mail order,
we don't often have the opportunity to meet customers directly.

Despite holding the event on a weekday,
so many people came,
and I am filled with gratitude.

"Does coffee have mold?"

This was the most frequent question we received at the venue.

In fact, a study that examined imported beans from a certain region
found that moldy beans were detected in over 50% of them.

"Mycotoxins are inspected during import, so it's fine."
"The amount of mycotoxins is negligible, so it's fine."

Some people say this, but is it really true?

These mycotoxins
can cause headaches, indigestion,
and heartburn in some people.

ㅤㅤ
Many of our customers are actually
suffering from these issues.

I myself am very sensitive to mycotoxins,
and if I consume them, I become ill
and can't move for a whole day.

Having developed epilepsy at 15,
I have an even deeper appreciation for "the blessing of good health" than most,
which is why I want to ensure the safety of what I consume daily.

With that in mind, I deliver this coffee.

This week, in addition to my own health check-up,
I will be undergoing a thorough examination of my body, including
a gastroscopy and colonoscopy.

Now, let's talk about our premium mold-free coffee.
